Once the payment for this voucher is made, our customer service representative will contact you for details to customise the electronic voucher such as a custom message, design, date of delivery, and email address of the lucky person. 

NOTE: These e-gift vouchers are digital PDF's which we send to you or the giftee via email. Our designers pride themselves on creating these custom gift cards with lots of TLC however, unfortunately we do not offer a physical copy of the gift-card. Luckily the e-gift voucher cannot be stolen or used even if the digital version is copied or sent to the wrong person - it can only be used by the special person(s) who you intended it for. If you wish to have a physical copy of the gift card, we can advise you on how best to print the digital copy and can also send you a design with a border so that you can cut it out and have it laminated.
